Melissa Brown is a Christchurch based musician and piano teacher. She can teach and play both jazz and classical styles with the theoretical knowledge to back it up.

She started learning to play when she was four years old, has ABRSM grade 8 practical and ABRSM grade 8 theory Qualifications and also has ATCL diploma of piano teaching.

Melissa also went to CPIT Jazz School where she majored in jazz performance and now has a Bachelor Of Music Arts and has regular jazz and pop gigs around Christchurch. Melissa has been teaching since 2011 both through piano schools and privately.
